Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Ghent seeks a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to drive asset performance across a highly automated production environment. You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to reduce downtime and improve reliability through data analysis and proactive maintenance strategies.

The role focuses on root cause investigations, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a world-class manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of reliability engineering and asset management principles.
• Experience with RCA and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and Excel-based analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and continuously improve maintenance and reliability strategies for critical production and facility assets.
• Analyze equipment performance, maintenance history, and failure trends to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs across the site.
• Provide technical coaching to maintenance and operations teams.
• Monitor and report on maintenance and reliability KPIs to drive improvements.
