Coca Cola Gent is seeking a Technical Team Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and drive reliability of critical production and facility equipment at the Ghent site.

You will coordinate planned and reactive works, mentor technicians, and collaborate with production and engineering to align priorities with operational goals. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and safety standards.

• Experience leading or supervising maintenance/technical teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians with safety and performance focus.
• Plan, coordinate and prioritize preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and site leadership to align maintenance with operations.
• Monitor workload and schedules to ensure efficient execution of planned activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support root cause analysis to prevent failures.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with site procedures, regulatory requirements and health & safety standards.
• Support implementation of new equipment and processes.
• Track maintenance KPIs and use data to improve team effectiveness.
• Promote collaboration and best practices across the site.

Guiding a team of skilled technicians, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate planned and reactive works, and drive improvements that support operational excellence. Who we are looking for?

• Proven experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership role within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, or industrial environment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, and make sound operational decisions.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
