Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development – Clinical Solutions to drive accelerated growth of IDT’s NGS Clinical Solutions across EMEA. The role emphasizes building strategic partnerships, expanding adoption, and delivering integrated portfolio value, with remote work flexibility.

You will lead a 3–5-year growth plan, engage C-level stakeholders, and position IDT as a preferred partner for end-to-end clinical genomics workflows, reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Science with at least 5 years of business development experience.
• Minimum of 7 years sales experience in molecular biology reagents, lab consumables, or capital equipment in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to engage executive-level decision-makers and shape long-term adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 3–5-year strategic growth plan for the EMEA business.
• Position IDT as a primary or preferred provider for all NGS Clinical Solutions workflows.
• Drive cross-portfolio engagement to embed IDT offerings across key accounts.
• Build a thought leadership network and strengthen IDT’s market leadership.
• Engage executive stakeholders and apply market insights to opportunities.
