Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and 5–8+ years as BA/Consultant in Insurance.
• Strong Life Insurance expertise: Individual Life, Group Life, Employee Benefits.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; professional English knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT teams.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and design target operating models.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across Life Insurance domains, including policy administration, distribution, underwriting, claims, and customer engagement.
• Define and coordinate testing, training, documentation, and change management plans.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery environments: Sprint Planning, PI Planning, backlog refinement.
• Contribute to growth of the Insurance Practice through knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior consultants.
