Projective Group Talent in Belgium is seeking a Medior Project Manager to coordinate life insurance initiatives, translating business priorities into actionable plans and aligning stakeholders across business and IT. You will operate in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment within a large insurer undergoing IT transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business or project management.
• Medior experience in project management, preferably in IT/transformation.
• Good understanding of life insurance products/processes.
• Familiarity with IT delivery methodologies including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Able to structure complex topics, follow up priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, plus professional English.
• Consultant mindset with ownership, collaboration and pragmatic working style.
• Experience in financial services or insurance transformation projects is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate life insurance projects from scope definition to delivery.
• Translate business priorities into clear project plans and actions.
• Align business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
• Monitor planning, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and quality.
• Facilitate project activities in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment.
• Support testing, change and delivery activities with involved teams.
• Prepare clear status reporting with attention points and proposed solutions.
