Job summary

NTT DATA Belgium seeks a Senior Life Insurance Consultant / Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, delivering transformation, process optimization, and digital innovation in Life Insurance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and domain experts to translate needs into actionable solutions.

You will drive operating model design, process improvements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value within Agile delivery teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in Insurance.
Strong Life Insurance expertise including individual/group/employee benefits.
Solid understanding of insurance products and end-to-end processes.
Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders on transformation.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira/Confluence).

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to translate needs into requirements.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design target operating models.
Challenge and align business and tech teams to maximize value.
Support digital transformation across Life Insurance domains: policy admin, distribution, underwriting, claims, and customer engagement.
Contribute to implementation, optimization, or modernization of core Life Insurance platforms.
Define and coordinate user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and change management.
Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in Sprint/PI planning and backlog refinement.
Contribute to growth of Insurance Practice through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
