Accenture is seeking an Insurance Management Consultant to help leading insurers in Belgium transform their business for the future. You will work on life insurance topics, activity spanning strategy, operating models, and customer experience, with mentoring and hands-on client exposure.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced team delivering strategic, operational, and digital initiatives across health, wealth, and insurance domains, benefiting from Accenture's global network and learning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, insurance, financial services, project management, business analysis, or transformation.
• Demonstrated interest, exposure, or knowledge of Life Insurance through professional experience, internships, university projects, coursework, or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects for insurance clients.
• Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market research, business analysis, benchmarking, and data-driven assessments.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, business cases, and workshop materials.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives across customer experience, operational excellence, digitalization, and innovation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams combining business, technology, and industry expertise.
• Support business development activities, including market research, proposal preparation, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Stay up to date with developments in the life insurance market and emerging technologies shaping the industry.
