Accenture’s Industry & Enterprise Insurance team is seeking an Insurance Management Consultant in Belgium to help leading insurers transform their business for the future. You will work on strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects, analyzing processes, journeys, and operating models to identify improvements and develop data-driven insights.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant field (business, economics, finance, engineering, actuarial sciences)
• 0–3 years in consulting, insurance, financial services, project management, business analysis, or transformation
• Demonstrated interest/knowledge of Life Insurance through experience or academic work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and collaborative approach

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects for insurance clients
• Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct market research, business analysis, benchmarking, and data-driven assessments
• Prepare client presentations, reports, business cases, and workshop materials
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Contribute to transformation initiatives across customer experience, operational excellence, digitalization, and innovation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams combining business, technology, and industry expertise
• Support business development activities, including market research, proposal preparation, and thought leadership initiatives
• Stay up to date with developments in the life insurance market and emerging technologies
