Responsabilités

• Deliver training courses on information systems to staff and external stakeholders.
• Develop training strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Create training modules and materials to support user adoption.
• Mentor and coach users; respond to requests and feedback.
• Prepare and organize Knowledge Base Articles and repositories.
• Advise on communication strategies to gain buy-in.
• Draft presentations, texts, FAQs and intranet content.
• Provide support to other information management projects when needed.

We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Senior Knowledge Management & IT Training Specialist.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Prepare and give training courses on information systems to the EEAS staff or external stakeholders
• Developing effective training strategies in line with the organisation and the project objectives
• Developing training modules and related training materials to effectively support the user adoption
• Ensuring mentoring and/or coaching and following up to users requests and feedback
• Support with the preparation and organization of Knowledge Base Articles
• Supporting activities for the organization and maintenance of Knowledge Base repositories
• Advising and designing communication strategies to gain support and interest
• Drafting presentations, texts, FAQs, news, intranet pages
• Providing support to other Information Management projects when required.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The Consultant Must Demonstrate Experience In

• Minimum 11 years and up to 15 years of professional experience.

Knowledge and competence

• Ability to analyze, synthetize and present information
• Good verbal and writing communication skills
• General IT skills
• Knowledge on wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
• Experience in end-user assistance for utilization of information systems
