SEIDOR, Brussels-based, seeks a Technical Knowledge Support to train EEAS staff on information systems and to support end-user adoption in an on-site role in Brussels.

You will develop training materials, mentor users, and coordinate Knowledge Base activities while collaborating with project teams to align with objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse, synthesize and present information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing end-user assistance for information systems.
• Familiarity with wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
• Knowledge of PM², PM² Agile, Kanban and Scrum.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and give training courses on information systems to the EEAS staff or external stakeholders.
• Develop effective training strategies in line with the organisation and the project objectives.
• Develop training modules and related training materials to effectively support user adoption.
• Ensure mentoring and/or coaching and follow-up to users requests and feedback.
• Support with the preparation and organisation of Knowledge Base Articles.
• Support activities for the organisation and maintenance of Knowledge Base repositories.
• Advise and design communication strategies to gain support and interest.
• Draft presentations, texts, FAQs, news, intranet pages.
• Provide support to other Information Management projects when required.
