Project Manager (Agile) – Brussels – On site
SEIDOR Brussels, Brussels Region, Belgium is seeking an IT Project Manager to work with European Institutions in an on‑site capacity.
Your Role
- Plan and manage projects from IT, communication, and business perspectives, contributing to platform architecture, structure, and user experience.
- Monitor content completeness and coordinate updates with stakeholders to ensure timely availability.
- Oversee platform governance, user access, and security policies.
- Communicate with stakeholders, draft notes, and ensure follow‑up.
- Develop, manage, and support an online community.
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases to guide platform upgrades, including potential Confluence Wiki to SharePoint migration.
- Organise and deliver meetings, webinars, and trainings for internal and external users, drafting documentation and coaching materials.
- Create and manage online collaborative sites (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira) and administer content.
- Track and analyse platform performance metrics and user feedback.
- Manage issue reporting and bug‑tracking processes.
- Gather and map stakeholder needs to support diverse user requirements.
- Liaise with teams in charge of collaborative tools in DG EAC and DIGIT to ensure satisfactory user experience and alignment with corporate requirements.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
