We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Knowledge Support Specialist to support a prestigious European Institution in Brussels, contributing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical knowledge support, training, or related field.
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Education or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing in English (C1/C2).
• Experience designing and delivering IT or digital transformation training.
• Experience creating user documentation and knowledge base content.
• Good knowledge of change management and user adoption methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Confluence, OpenText or similar; Atlassian tools and ServiceNow are assets.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging training sessions on AI tools and information systems for staff and external stakeholders.
• Design and develop effective training strategies, learning modules and supporting documentation.
• Support user adoption through coaching, mentoring and follow-up on user feedback.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles and repositories.
• Develop communication materials including presentations, FAQs, news articles and intranet content.
• Contribute to change management activities supporting AI initiatives and other Information Management projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote knowledge sharing and improve user engagement.

• Deliver engaging training sessions on AI tools and information systems for staff and external stakeholders;
• Design and develop effective training strategies, learning modules and supporting documentation;
• Support user adoption through coaching, mentoring and follow-up on user feedback;
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles and repositories;
• Develop communication materials including presentations, FAQs, news articles and intranet content;
• Contribute to change management activities supporting AI initiatives and other Information Management projects;
• Collaborate with project teams to promote knowledge sharing and improve user engagement.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Knowledge Support, Training, Change Management or a related field;
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Education or a related discipline;
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English (C1/C2);
• Experience designing and delivering IT or digital transformation training;
• Experience creating user documentation, training materials and knowledge base content;
• Good understanding of change management and user adoption methodologies;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Experience with collaborative platforms such as Confluence, OpenText or similar;
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, ServiceNow and Agile/PM² methodologies is considered an asset;
• Ability to analyse, synthesise and communicate technical information clearly;

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence in Brussels 3 days per week.
