SEIDOR in Brussels seeks a Project Manager (Learning, AI & Digital Transformation) to lead training initiatives, plan projects, and manage resources across HQ and Delegations. You will integrate GenAI tools into learning programs and ensure timely delivery of training plans.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in project management, strong communication, and proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira and Confluence, with PMI/PRINCE2/PM² certifications.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in projects.
• 3+ years in project management.
• Experience designing and delivering training initiatives for remote offices with online/e-learning.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools in learning and development.
• Proficient in PM tools and relevant certifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage training projects including urgent training needs for EEAS personnel at HQ and Delegations.
• Estimate timing, cost and resources; prepare terms of reference for new tools and deployments.
• Plan and monitor training project plans; report progress to management.
• Maintain a comprehensive data repository (Hive or equivalent) for documentation access.
• Track deviations in time, cost, or resources and propose alternatives.
• Integrate GenAI tools and online/e-learning into learning and development projects.

We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Project Manager (Learning, AI & Digital Transformation).

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Management of training projects, including (but only) the immediate need for training on Summa for EEAS personnel both in HQ and Delegations.
• Estimations on timing, cost and resources needed for future projects, including (but not only) the arrival of new tools (such as those related to AI) on which terms of reference need to be prepared for a correct deployment of training plans to EEAS personnel both in HQ and Delegations.
• Planning and preparation of training project plans and, following their approval, close monitoring and logging of their execution, with timely report to management.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository data (using Hive or equivalent tools) that can provide simple and fast access to those players which will need access to the relevant documentation, ensuring it is kept up to date by other team members.
• Have a forward-looking attitude by tracking (and if possible anticipating) potential deviations on time, cost or resources needed and propose viable alternatives to management.
• Integration of GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development projects, including online learning and e-learning

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

• Minimum 7 years and up to 10 years of professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in project management.
• Experience in designing and delivering training initiatives, particularly for remote offices, incorporating online and e-learning components.
• Knowledge and experience with GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development, including content creation, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, as well as online learning and e-learning.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) and certification in PMI, PRINCE2, or PM².
• Practical experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in effectively presenting and promoting projects, combined with sound judgement.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Team player, strong self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment under tight deadlines.
