• 5 years of experience in JAVA-based applications.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and Spring Boot.
• Proven work experience with SQL databases including DB2 and Postgres.
• Experience with Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence.
• Experience developing applications using geographic data.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
• Ability to code, test, and debug; capable of independent maintenance.
• Experience within the public sector is a plus.
