Appsierra Group in Belgium is seeking a senior Java development professional to lead a development team, design and build Java-based applications, and drive agile practices.

You will design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications and Spring Boot services, architect RESTful APIs, and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams using Jira/Confluence. Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2 is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Proven experience leading and coaching development teams.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL, React, and Typescript.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments.
• Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
