Appsierra Group in Brussels invites a skilled Java developer to contribute to Java/J2EE applications, REST APIs, and cloud-ready solutions. The role requires experience with Spring Boot, SQL, and frontend skills in TypeScript and React.

You will collaborate in an Agile environment, use Jira/Confluence, and participate in maintenance and debugging. Fluency in Dutch is required for the role, and you will engage in ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in developing JAVA-based applications.
• Training with certification or equivalent through experience in programming languages and environments such as Java/J2EE.
• Proven work experience with REST APIs and Spring Boot.
• Proven work experience with SQL and TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Proven work experience with Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence.
• Dutch language required for the role.

Responsabilités

• Code, test and debug Java-based applications with minimal supervision.
• Implement and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment and participate in standups and reviews.
• Work with frontend tech (TypeScript/React) where applicable and maintain documentation.
