Infosys is seeking a motivated IT L1 Support Technician to join our Mechelen-based team. You will be the first point of contact for users, triaging, diagnosing, and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues, with escalation as needed. You’ll support Windows 11 and MAC environments and assist with SCCM/Intune/Jamf Pro managed devices.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience providing onsite IT support in an enterprise environment.
• First point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Respond to service desk requests and fulfil them promptly.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize requests accurately and efficiently.
• Must have Windows 11 and MAC knowledge (MAC knowledge mandatory).
• Willingness to travel to various locations by car (valid driver’s license).

Aufgaben

• Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
• Maintain records of interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Communicate status updates to users and ensure SLAs are met.
