OneSource Consulting is seeking a hands-on Change Manager to assess, approve, plan and guide changes through successful IT implementations in Belgium. You will work across IT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure changes are controlled and released within approved processes.

The role requires strong ITIL Change and Release Management knowledge, experience with ServiceNow, and the ability to manage risks and complex IT deployments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT Operations, Service Management, Change or Release Management.
• Deep ITIL Change Management and release management knowledge.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical, risk-aware and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess change requests for completeness, impact, risk and implementation quality.
• Approve, reject, or elevate changes within governance.
• Coordinate and schedule changes and releases within maintenance windows.
• Chair CABs (Change Advisory Boards).
• Monitor calendar and prevent conflicts between changes.
• Supervise implementations and follow up on critical changes.
• Support technical teams with risk assessments and rollback plans.
• Follow up on post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
• Analyze change KPIs and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with change and release management processes.
