Carrefour Belgium is seeking an IT Change Manager to oversee RFCs end-to-end, lead CAB sessions, and manage major incident responses. You will safeguard IT stability, plan deployments, and coordinate problem- and change-management activities across IT ops and business teams.

The role requires 3+ years in IT Change Management, strong ITIL knowledge (certification a plus), and fluent English with Dutch or French as a plus. A bachelor’s or master’s in CS or related field is expected.

• 3+ years of hands-on IT Change Management experience.
• ITIL knowledge; certification is a major asset.
• Fluent English with Dutch or French as a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of RFCs and CAB meetings.
• Coordinate planning, building, testing, and implementation phases of changes.
• Lead Major Incident Management and 24/7 on-call rotations as required.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent problem resolution.
• Develop change strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
