EMW in Mons, Belgium, seeks an IT Change Manager to coordinate changes across IT services and ticketing systems. The role requires hands-on ticket triage, active participation in weekly change boards, and strong organizational skills for meeting facilitation.

The candidate should have a NATO SECRET clearance, a related degree or equivalent experience, and 3+ years in change management within a cyber security context. ITIL certification and BMC ITSM proficiency are desired.

Qualifications

Must hold a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience; or 6 years of progressive, relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 3 years of Change Manager experience, preferably in Cyber Security.
Proficient with BMC's ITSM suite and strong communication/analytical skills.
English proficiency to NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3.

Responsabilités

Coordinate changes in IT service components, including tickets across systems and boards.
Participate in Change-related boards (CAB, TRB, RGB, etc.) and document outcomes.
Facilitate Change Management meetings and ensure stakeholders are prepared.
Organize and conduct weekly D-CAB meetings.
Coordinate information gathering with NCIA and stakeholders.
