AGO Brussel Office is seeking an IT Change Manager to oversee daily IT change activities and coordinate technical deployments. You will drive change requests from start to finish and take the lead on major IT incidents while contributing to structural improvements.

The role requires collaboration with IT, operations and external partners to ensure smooth execution and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT change management and coordination of change requests.

Responsabilités

• Follow IT change requests from initiation to completion.
• Organize and lead Change Advisory Boards (CAB).
• Plan, test, and coordinate technical changes.
• Lead and track major IT incidents and improvements.
• Perform root cause analyses and drive follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and external partners.
