Job summary

Sia Partners in Belgium is seeking an (Senior)Manager Insurance to lead consulting missions and steer teams within the Insurance practice. You will develop market share in Belgium, support Dutch prospects, and manage client relationships from the Brussels office.

You will build deep knowledge of the Insurance market, shape thought leadership, and guide consultants towards client success with a data- and AI-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a first class university (business, engineering, economics, …).
• Fundamental insight in the insurance market.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Financial Services sector.
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person, and proven business development skills.
• Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges and triggers actions within Sia to adapt our offering or launch prospection.
• The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams.
• The candidate has personal domains of expertise and is ready to personally deliver consulting services.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting missions or projects at clients, ensuring service and quality standards.
• Follow-up and steer the consulting work of other consultants.
• Develop our market share in Insurance in Belgium and ensure offers fit market needs; support business development in The Netherlands.
• From the Sia office in Brussels, play a proactive role in business development including prospecting, writing proposals and relationship management with customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Belgian and general Insurance market and provide thought leadership materials.
