Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group seeking a Manager Insurance to lead consulting missions in Belgium and develop our market share in Insurance. You will coach consultants, defend proposals, and manage customer relationships from the Brussels office.

You will build expertise in the Belgian insurance sector, analyze market evolutions, and contribute to thought leadership materials while collaborating with teams across the Sia network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a first class university.
• Fundamental insight in the insurance market.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Financial Services sector.
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial with proven business development skills.
• Ability to monitor trends and trigger actions to adapt offerings.
• Experience leading teams and delivering consulting services.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with quick domain build-out.

Responsabilités

• Personally perform and lead consulting missions at clients to guarantee service quality.
• Follow up and steer the consulting work of other consultants.
• Develop market share in Insurance in Belgium and support proposals and prospecting.
• From Brussels, participate in business development, writing proposals and managing client relationships.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Belgian Insurance market and related business trends.
