Job summary

Sia is seeking a Manager Insurance to lead and deliver consulting missions for Insurance clients from our Brussels office. You will supervise teams, develop market share in Belgium, and contribute to thought leadership and proposals.

You will build relationships with clients, shape offerings for the Belgian market, and collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands if needed. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a first class university in business, engineering, economics, or similar.
• Fundamental insight in the insurance market.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience in Financial Services.
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills.
• Ability to monitor company or market trends and adapt offerings.
• Proven project leadership and team management experience.
• Personal domains of expertise and willingness to deliver consulting services.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise quickly.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform consulting missions at clients with focus on Insurance in Belgium.
• Follow-up and steer the consulting work of other consultants.
• Support market development in Belgium and possibly The Netherlands.
• Proactively participate in business development from Brussels, writing proposals and managing relationships.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Belgian Insurance market and industry trends.
• Create thought leadership materials to support marketing and prospecting.
