Qualifikationen
- Master's degree from a top university (business, engineering, economics, …) is required.
- Strong understanding of the insurance market and Financial Services sector.
Aufgaben
- Lead consulting missions and projects for clients in the Insurance domain.
- Supervise and coach other consultants working on Insurance projects.
- Develop and expand Sia's market share in Insurance in Belgium, aligning offers with market needs.
- Support business development in The Netherlands when needed.
- From Brussels, drive proposals writing, client relationships and prospecting.
- Build deep knowledge of Belgian Insurance market and industry trends.
