Job summary

Sia Partners Belgium seeks a Senior Manager Banking to lead consulting missions from Antwerp, leveraging deep banking market insight and a client-focused mindset. You will guide teams, develop propositions, and support business development in the Netherlands where needed.

You bring 7–10 years of banking consulting experience, a Master’s degree, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will mentor consultants, shape thought leadership, and help expand Sia’s Belgian market share.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, economics or related field.
• Fundamental insight in the Banking market.
• 7–10 years of relevant banking consulting experience.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and proven BD skills.
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to build expertise quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting missions or projects at clients, ensuring service quality.
• Follow up and steer the work of other consultants.
• Contribute to expanding Sia's market share in Banking in Belgium and tailor offers to market needs.
• Support business development in The Netherlands when required.
• From Antwerp, drive prospecting, proposals and client relationship management.
