Sia Partners in Brussels is seeking an experienced Manager Insurance to lead consulting missions for clients in the Belgian insurance sector, using established expertise to ensure delivery quality. From the Brussels office, you will coach consultants, steer multi-project teams, and drive business development to expand our Insurance footprint in Belgium and, when needed, The Netherlands.

You will develop deep market knowledge, craft thought leadership materials, and build proposals while

Competenze

Master's degree from a top university (business, engineering, economics, …).
Fundamental insight in the insurance market.
5–10 years of relevant consulting experience in Financial Services.

Mansioni

Lead consulting missions and guarantee service quality for clients.
Coordinate and supervise other consultants' work.
Develop market share in Insurance in Belgium and ensure offers fit market needs; support business development in The Netherlands if needed.
From the Brussels office, drive prospecting, proposals, and client relationship management.
Coach consultants and steer teams in the Insurance line in Belgium.
