Job summary

Codra Benelux is seeking an Experienced Support and Expertise Engineer to support customers with our Panorama Suite. You will assist users by email, phone and remote access, reproduce and investigate anomalies, and work with R&D to improve products. Occasional on-site visits and Belgian-wide travel are required.

A strong IT background and English proficiency are essential; Dutch is a plus. The role is hybrid with regular office presence in Belgium and potential base anywhere in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience resolving complex anomalies in a similar sector.
• Higher education qualification in IT.
• Advanced level of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Development skills in C# and SQL database handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and advice to users via email, telephone and remote access.
• Reproduce anomalies and perform investigations to resolve issues.
• Analyze incidents and propose reliable, sustainable solutions for industrial contexts.
• Follow up and report processed requests.
• Occasionally on-site expert assignments; collaborate with R&D for product improvements.
