Job summary

On IT, part of the Classo Technology Group, is seeking a Field Engineer to support and maintain customer IT equipment, networks, and audiovisual devices. You will diagnose complex issues, provide practical solutions, and install systems at client sites in Belgium.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, ownership, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred; telecom background is a plus. A competitive package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for IT and technology.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, IP, routers, switches.
• Experience with audiovisual equipment, printers, or digital signage is a plus.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and diagnose complex problems for customers.
• Perform maintenance on IT equipment and systems; repair malfunctioning devices.
• Install and configure new devices at customer sites and train users.
• Serve as primary contact for technical questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
