Tenos BV, an international industrial company, is seeking an HR Manager BeNe responsible for HR policy and activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, covering about 200 FTEs. You will advise management and social partners, and report to the Global HR Director.

You will build employee relations, manage lifecycle, lead an HR team in Belgium and the Netherlands, develop policies, monitor KPIs, support recruitment, ensure compliance with legislation, and drive international HR projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager and/or HR Generalist in a broad HR role, supporting blue- and white-collar employees.
• Strong experience in employee relations and trade union negotiations is essential.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or technical environment is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Belgian and/or Dutch employment and social legislation; international awareness is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic and operational HR sparring partner for managers and plant managers on HR matters.
• Build and maintain constructive employee and labour relations with trade unions and social partners in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including terms, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage long-term absence and reintegration processes with relevant partners.
• Be the confidential point of contact for sensitive personnel matters and coordinate with occupational health services.
• Lead and coach the HR team in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies aligned with global strategy and local law.
• Prepare, analyse, and report HR KPIs and data.
• Oversee recruitment in cooperation with external partners and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with external partners (insurance, pension funds, payroll, legal advisors) and negotiate where needed.
• Monitor job classifications and employment conditions.
• Stay updated on employment law and social legislation, including EU pay transparency rules.
• Translate legislation into concrete HR processes and communicate them across the organisation.
• Document and ensure compliance with arrangements, CBA and HR policies.
• Coordinate with Global HR and contribute to international HR projects.
