Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager HR Transformation for a Brussels-based consultancy engagement. You will join Keystone Solutions and act as a K-Stone on the client’s HR Transformation Plan 2030, blending on-site presence with exposure to dynamic client environments.

You will lead governance, steering committees, and delivery, with emphasis on change and stakeholder management to ensure timelines, budgets and quality across the transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent; at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory technical experience: Project Management; HR transformation exposure.
• Preferred experience in transformation and consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Governance and leading project boards or steering committees.
• Monitor, report progress and manage risks/issues.
• Capacity planning and resource management; budget oversight.
• Performance management, process improvement and change control.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder engagement.
