Qualifications

• > 15 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in digital channels or banking contexts.
• > Master's degree in a relevant field; professional PM certification is a plus.
• > Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and vendor coordination.
• > Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering customer-centric digital solutions.

Responsabilités

• > Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for the European Digital ID Wallet deployment.
• > Elicit, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders across customer experience, marketing, and operations.
• > Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery.
• > Oversee development, testing, integration, and deployment within existing digital channels.
• > Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations; monitor risks and changes.
• > Lead cross-functional coordination with IT, CX, and marketing to ensure successful delivery.
• > Track progress, manage issues, risks, and changes, and implement mitigation strategies.
• > Ensure timely delivery within budget and required quality standards.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is looking for an expert Project Manager and Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us within the client's digital channels environment, helping deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences for employees and individual customers.

As Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will lead the implementation of the European Digital ID Wallet within the client's digital channels environment. You will manage the project from initiation through delivery, ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels and a world-class customer experience. These responsibilities will be carried out as a K-Stone under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.


• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams.


• Collaborate with the solution design team to develop a solution that meets business requirements and aligns with the client's digital strategy.


• Manage the development and testing of the solution, including integration with existing digital channels and systems.


• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.


• Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, customer experience, and marketing teams, to ensure successful project delivery.


• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed.


• Develop and manage project budgets.


• Ensure that the EU Digital ID Wallet is deployed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Language Requirements:

• English: strong written and spoken communication skills, as English is the corporate language within the relevant client team.


• French: strong written and spoken communication skills are required.


• Dutch: strong written and spoken communication skills are required.

Education and Certification:

• Master's degree with relevant experience in similar projects.


• Certification in Project Management Methodology is a plus.

Experience and Knowledge:

• 15+ years of experience in project management and Business Analysis, preferably within a daily banking or digital channels environment.


• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams is mandatory.


• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
