On-Site HR Transformation Project Leader

Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with a wide range of specialist services. We are seeking an on-site contractor for NATO HQ in Brussels to lead and manage the HR transformation track within CDT, driving project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation across multi-stakeholder environments.

The role focuses on Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation, ERP and cloud initiatives, and advisory support

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, specifically in Business Services, with significant experience in the HR domain.
• Proven experience leading HR transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects in large international organisations, including cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms and enterprise-wide process harmonisation.
• Demonstrated experience with HR process design, process harmonisation and business transformation.
• Proven experience in programme management and project management, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong ability to interact with, manage and influence senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English, including the ability to develop written materials and present complex concepts clearly and succinctly.

Responsabilités

• Task 1: Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Communication: Drive collaboration across NATO entities and ensure project coherence. Manage projects within time and budget. Maintain risk registries and documentation artefacts.
• Task 2: HR Business Services Transformation Lead: Lead the HR stream, plan and facilitate enterprise HR harmonisation, manage dependencies with ERP/cloud initiatives.
• Task 3: Business Services Advisory (SME Role): Provide expert HR, ERP, and cloud transformation guidance and support alignment with enterprise architecture and NATO objectives.
