Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will define and implement change strategies to drive adoption across the organization and work with stakeholders to ensure understanding and effective use of changes.

The role involves coordinating training, measuring outcomes, addressing resistance, and staying updated on best practices, on a 12-month, part-time 3/5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Expérience probante dans l'accompagnement de trajets de transformation au sein d'au moins 3 entités publiques belges, dont au moins une comptant 500 collaborateurs ou plus - Level: Expert - Most recent: 1 to 3 years ago
• Expérience probante d'au moins 10 ans en conseil ou en accompagnement de trajets de transformation au sein d'entreprises d'envergure, combinant conduite du changement et amélioration de la performance opérationnelle - Level: Expert - Most recent: 1 to 3 years ago

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the objectives of the change initiative are considered throughout the process.
• Identify internal and external stakeholders impacted by the change, assess their needs and expectations, and develop appropriate communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Define and manage the implementation of training for employees to prepare them for upcoming changes.
• Collaborate closely with the program/project manager and team leaders to assess the impacts of the change, anticipate challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor the progress of the change and evaluate results, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the success of change initiatives.
• Identify and address resistance to change, fostering a climate of trust and promoting a culture of openness and flexibility.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding the change, utilizing various channels to inform employees at all levels of the organization.
• Measure and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction with the change management process and use feedback to improve future change initiatives.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in change management, ensuring that the organization adopts innovative approaches tailored to its environment, specifics, and maturity.
