DKV Belgium N.V. in Brussels is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our digital transformation journey across new technologies and customer-centric IT initiatives.

You will join the Transformation Office, guiding end-to-end projects, shaping business cases, and ensuring on-time delivery while aligning with strategic goals. The role requires 10+ years in project management, a master’s degree, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management with transformation delivery.
• Strong IT affinity and understanding of digital technologies.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills across levels, including C-level.
• Languages: Dutch, French, and English (native in one, professional in others).

Responsabilités

• Scope projects and define requirements in close collaboration with the business and Business Analysts; build robust business cases.
• Plan and deliver projects end to end, proactively manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to internal stakeholders and the Group.
• Prepare, present, and drive decision‑making in steering committees; foster collaboration among sponsors and key stakeholders.
