Randstad is seeking a Senior HR Expert – Employee Relations, Off-boarding & Reintegration to lead complex exit processes and employee relations in Belgium. You will negotiate exit packages, handle grievances, and guide reintegration efforts for intricate medical cases.

The role requires 8–10+ years of HR/Labor Law experience, fluency in French, Dutch, and English, and a pragmatic, empathetic leadership style. Freelance or consultancy options are available, with a June 2027 end date.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in HR / Labor Law with deep expertise in Belgian social legislation.
• Proven track record in negotiating exit packages, handling grievances, and managing complex long-term illness cases.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written & spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead off-boarding processes and exit negotiations up to Senior Manager level.
• Manage complex employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with rigor.
• Guide return-to-work pathways and handle medical force majeure related conversations.
• Drive HR process automation and data-driven insights using Power BI.
• Build relationships with business leaders, unions, and health services.
