Inoxperience SRL in Belgium is seeking a senior HR expert to own complex sickness, reintegration, off-boarding and employee relations processes, with deep expertise in Belgian social and labour law. You will lead reintegration pathways and advise on dismissals, mutual agreements and reorganisations.

Responsibilities include calculating exit packages, handling grievances, and translating legislative changes into clear policies.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years HR experience with Belgian sickness management, reintegration, termination and employee relations.
• Expert knowledge of Belgian social and labour law, including incapacity and dismissal.
• Proven experience calculating exit packages, preparing legal documents and negotiating settlements.
• Confident handling difficult conversations with employees, business leaders and union representatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead reintegration pathways for employees on long-term work incapacity, coordinating with employees, managers, occupational physicians and HR to develop plans.
• Advise the business on dismissals, retirement, misconduct, mutual agreements and reorganisations.
• Calculate exit packages, prepare legal documentation, conduct exit conversations and negotiate with employees or unions.
• Handle employee relations cases, including conflicts, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Escalate complex cases and work with external legal advisers when needed.
• Monitor changes in Belgian social and labour legislation and translate them into clear policies and guidance.
• Improve management of sickness, reintegration and off-boarding, including digital tools and reporting.
• Train managers and HR colleagues on processes, legal obligations and handling sensitive cases consistently.
