Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in aviation, network operations, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and operational systems.
• Knowledge of flight scheduling, capacity management, delays, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
• Team player with strong collaboration and adaptability.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Potential to develop into a leadership role through operational judgment, stakeholder management, and contingency planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily rotation plan of aircraft and update network with flight information.
• Update aircraft schedules and inform stations of routing changes.
• Support INCC management with weekly performance and quality reporting.
• Prepare and publish network alerts and updates.
• Assist management to achieve optimal operational results.
• Ensure aircraft movements details and load information are accurate and timely.
• Monitor aircraft utilization and manage 'On Hold' shipments.
• Liaise with internal & external network staff.
• Foster team spirit, service-mindedness and clear communication across departments.
