AXA Belgium is seeking an Expert Genesys Cloud Developer to shape contact center platforms supporting voice and digital channels. You will design, develop and integrate solutions, working with architects, security specialists and project teams to evolve customer engagement capabilities.

You will contribute to technical design discussions, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure security and quality standards, while growing toward a Technical Lead position within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in professional software development.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 and authentication methods.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain solutions for Customer Engagement and Contact Center platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and internal/external systems using REST APIs, web services, OAuth and event-driven mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and develop customer interaction flows, routing logic, automation and platform integrations.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, security specialists and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and quality standards.
• Contribute to testing, release planning and production support.
• Monitor trends in Genesys ecosystem and AI-enabled capabilities.
