Tech Mahindra in Belgium seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join a strategic project connecting Genesys Cloud with a future Agentic AI Architecture. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, define end-to-end architecture, and contribute to design, development, integration, testing and deployment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement connector between Genesys Cloud and the future Agentic Architecture.
• Lead end-to-end solution design from requirements analysis through deployment.
• Develop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implement architectures for real-time streaming and event-driven systems.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical specifications and collaborate with stakeholders.
