Job summary

Asenium Consulting seeks a senior leader to define the business vision and transformation roadmap for customer contact, after-sales, pre-collection and amicable collection. You will prioritise cross-squad portfolios and lead annual and quarterly planning, balancing value, risk, cost and capacity.

Hybrid work in Brussels with 50% on-site and 50% homeworking. Drive Genesys Cloud, AI and self-service initiatives to improve journeys and reduce avoidable contacts, delivering measurable efficiencies

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles with transformation or Agile delivery.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of customer service and contact-centre economics.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with proven senior business, operations, product, transformation or Agile leadership.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of customer service, contact-center, after-sales, pre-collection or collection journeys and their operational economics.
• Proven delivery of digitalization, automation and AI-enabled change with measurable business outcomes.
• People leadership experience developing Product Owners or multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Solid financial acumen covering business cases, budgets, cost-to-serve and benefit realization.
• Technological understanding of architecture, integration, cloud, data, AI, security and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
