Ypto NV is seeking a Senior Business/Functional Analyst to join the AnalySD team within the Commercial Channels & Products domain for SNCB/NMBS Marketing & Sales. You will lead requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, functional design, and UAT, guiding stakeholders to define optimal solutions.
You will collaborate with development teams, support test activities, safeguard architecture, and drive improvements in our digital transport ecosystem including websites, apps, vending, and B2B
Qualifications
- 7+ years as a business/functional analyst.
- Fluent in French or Dutch plus English.
- Strong requirements-gathering and analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and system design principles.
- 5+ years with BPMN/UML and SAFe/Agile environments.
- Knowledge of SQL and APIs is a plus.

- Analyze and document business needs, processes, and objectives.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution.
- Safeguard solution architecture and coordinate with architects.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Present designs, test scenarios, and documentation to stakeholders.
