Ypto, part of SNCB/NMBS Marketing & Sales through the AnalySD team, is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to support the digital ecosystem behind commercial channels and products, including website, app, ticket systems. You will participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT and ensure solutions deliver value and improve customer experience.
You will guide stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specs and user stories, collaborate with development
Qualifications
- 7+ years as a business/functional analyst.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
- Solid SDLC and system design knowledge.
- Experience with BPMN/UML and SAFe/Agile.
Responsabilités
- Analyze and document business needs, processes, and objectives.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution.
- Safeguard solution architecture and coordinate with architects.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Present functional designs, test scenarios, and documentation to stakeholders.
