YPTO, the IT partner for SNCB/NMBS Marketing & Sales, is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to engage in the full project lifecycle, translating business needs into functional designs and user stories. You will document requirements, collaborate with development teams, support test planning and UAT, and safeguard architecture while driving customer value across digital channels.

This role offers exposure to the commercial channels and products, contributing to the evolution of the customer

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and functional design.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Familiarity with UAT planning and defect resolution.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document business needs, processes, and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution.
• Safeguard solution architecture and coordinate with architects.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Present functional designs, test scenarios, and documentation to stakeholders.
