YPTO’s AnalySD team, part of the Commercial Channels & Products domain within SNCB/NMBS Marketing & Sales, seeks a seasoned Business/Functional Analyst. You will drive lifecycle activities from requirements gathering through UAT, guiding stakeholders to define optimal solutions and ensuring value across digital channels.

You’ll partner with developers, analysts, and architects to translate needs into actionable designs, test scenarios, and documentation, enabling improved customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a business/functional analyst.
• Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch + English.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and system design principles.
• 5+ years experience with BPMN/UML and working in SAFe/Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and basic programming is a plus.
• Experience with public transport, e-commerce, mobile/web development (Sitecore is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document business needs, processes, and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution.
• Safeguard solution architecture and coordinate with architects.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Present functional designs, test scenarios, and documentation to stakeholders.
