Job summary

NATO’s Cyber and Digital Transformation Division is seeking a contractor for end-to-end leadership of the Finance transformation stream within the Enterprise Business Services Transformation program. You will drive harmonisation of Finance processes, coordinate ERP and cloud initiatives, and provide expert advisory to CDT leadership and Finance stakeholders across NATO entities.

Qualifications

NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, especially in Finance and business services.
Proven experience leading Finance transformation, ERP implementation, and cloud-enabled initiatives in large international organisations.
Strong programme and project management skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Finance track within the Business Services Transformation programme for CDT across NATO entities.
Manage enterprise Finance process harmonisation, planning, stakeholder engagement, and working-session facilitation.
Provide advisory support on Finance ERP implementation, cloud-enabled solutions, and data platform initiatives.
Develop briefing materials, options analyses and recommendations for senior leadership decisions.
Support stakeholder engagement to ensure transformation activities meet operational needs and priorities.
