Job summary

Sungrow Europe in the BENELUX region is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer based in Belgium with site focus and occasional home office. You will own dispatched customer issues, interface between customers and Sungrow, and support field visits, installations, maintenance and commissioning of PV and battery storage solutions.

The role requires Electrical technician or Engineer education, Dutch or French and English at least B2, willingness to travel Benelux, a driving license, and the ability

Qualifications

• Electrical education with MV/LV knowledge.
• Willingness to travel Benelux and work on call.
• Experience with PV and storage solutions.
• Customer-facing experience in critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Interface between customers and Sungrow.
• Provide service and support during field visits or dispatches.
• Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Follow operational procedures and safety instructions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for service contracts and processes.
