Sungrow Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support BENELUX from Belgium. You will be site based with occasional home office and travel across the Benelux region.

In this role you will own dispatched customer issues, interface between customers and Sungrow, and perform on-site installation, maintenance and testing, while contributing to service solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer with knowledge of ACDC and MV.
• Dutch or French & English at least B2 level.
• Willing to work on call duty.
• Experience with PV & Battery Storage solutions.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Willingness to travel around Benelux and driving license required.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Interface between our customers and Sungrow.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
• Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
