Solora is expanding its Operations & Maintenance team in the Bruges region and seeks a Service Technician who will perform maintenance and repair on our industrial energy installations at customer sites, including solar, BESS, charging infrastructure, and EMS. You will work independently on-site, report findings via our app, and coordinate with the O&M team for complex issues.

A relevant Electromechanics or Energy Technology degree, valid Class B license, and Dutch language skills are required;

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or Energy Technology, or A2/A1 diploma in (Electro)mechanics or Electricity, or equivalent education
• Class B driver’s license
• Familiar with electrical installations and measurements

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations, BESS, and charging infrastructure at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair on-site; replace inverters, panels, battery modules, charging stations, and other components.
• Conduct technical inspections using measurements, a thermal camera, and a drone, and report findings via the app.
• Bring systems back online and address monitoring issues.
• Manage schedule and administrative reporting independently and travel to customer sites in a company van.
