Job summary

Commuty is a Belgian tech scale-up focused on parking and EV charging management, helping green mobility for companies and office buildings. We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow revenue from our existing client portfolio and partner network in Belgium and internationally.

You will own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, travel to meet key clients and partners, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
• At least 3 years in sales for large enterprise accounts within a SaaS environment; total 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships at technical and operational levels; willing to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue from the existing client portfolio and partner network.
• Own the pipeline from lead generation to closing across defined channels.
• Define growth strategies for client accounts and international subsidiaries.
• Build and maintain detailed account mappings for key accounts.
• Lead cross-sell and upsell initiatives within the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and report on progress.
